CBandT’s Digital Banking Platform
Our advanced Digital Banking Platform is here! It is a completely new application – available on the web and accessible on your computer desktop and your mobile devices. With this new, unified approach, customers will have the same banking experience across all platforms. While the online banking on your desktop will have some new features – such as payments to external accounts or people – the most notable improvement will be seen in the mobile app.
For Personal Banking Customers…
Mobile users on smartphones and tablets (for both iOS and Android) will have access to the same functionality typically only found in
desktop online banking applications.

In addition to mobile deposit on devices using a camera, our new PicturePay feature allows customers to pay bills by simply taking a picture of the invoice. The payee will automatically be set up and funds can be distributed within days!

For Business Customers…
The business banking experience has also changed. You will notice a new Business Banking login button on our homepage. This will connect customers to our new digital banking platform where you can view accounts, make account transfers, pay bills online, manage company debit cards and much more! When you go to log in, you will notice a new field has been added, requesting your Business ID. This number will generally be the last 4 digits of your company’s Tax ID number.
If you are a Treasury Management customer, you should have received an email with a personalized link and instructions for accessing ACH & Remote Deposit Services. Your USER ID was also provided. If you did not receive this notification, or if you have not received your new security token, contact Treasury Management at 502.259.2466 or TreasuryManagement@cbandt.com. If you have any problems logging in to your account, contact Electronic Banking at 502.259.2375.
Our Business Banking App is NOW AVAILABLE!
Small business owners or other authorized users can access account information on-the-go and perform transactions outside of the office in a secure environment. We support our business customers and their need for convenience. This same login information will give you access to your accounts on all of your devices – desktop, smartphone and tablet!

Important Information for All Customers
Following our conversion to the new Digital Banking Platform in March 2017, any existing recurring transfers will not be visible to you when you log into online banking. However, the transfer will still occur as scheduled.
For assistance in updating these scheduled transfers, please contact your nearest branch or the Electronic Banking Department at 502.259.2375 to confirm this information. This is a critical step for you to be able to manage your recurring transfer(s) in the future.
CBandT Bill Pay Instructions
By July 5, 2017, when you access CBandT Bill Pay in Online Banking from your desktop, you will notice a pop-up message. By clicking OK, you will be securely redirected to our bill pay vendor’s site to conduct your transactions. Click here to view instructions.
