Andrew Holden has over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate finance. After working at several regional banks, Andrew joined Commonwealth Bank & Trust Company in 2007 and presently leads the bank’s commercial real estate efforts in addition to serving as the Community Reinvestment Officer. After graduating from Louisville Male High School, Andrew earned a B.A. in American Studies from Georgetown College. He continued his education by earning his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2010. In June 2016, Andrew will graduate from the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking which includes executive leadership education at The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania . Andrew currently serves as a director or committee member with the Kentucky CCIM Chapter, Louisville FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association, Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville and GuardiaCare Services, Inc.
